Pacific Middle School Reviews

My child is a student at this school. We were very disappointed in the lack of response from the teachers at the school. In my opinion they were quite unprofessional. I could not recommend this chool at all.

i think pacific has great academics and is stepping up for kids that are being bullied there is no graffiti anymore and staff are stepping up there teaching skills i may be only a student but out of the 4 schools the highline district has i think its a good quality school

I have had four children go through this school and have had nothing but issues. The teachers dont communicate until its too late if they do at all. Even if you give them the information individually they still dont. The rest of the staff is not supportive or active when you have a concern either. In my opinion middle school at Pacific is a waste of time for everyone. They really need to step it up and provide the education our children all deserve. My youngest went from being an A student and had nothing but issues at Pacific, and they werent issues with the kid! If you have a choice...dont pick pacific and write letters to the district, they need to do something!

my student is just finishing up her first year at pacific and I am very dissapointed in the academic programs and the attitudes of the teachers. She went from honors to F's and I am transferring her to a different school next year. The pricipal does not have a clue.

This is the worst school i have ever seen. Theres graffiti everywhere, I moved out of state. The teachers don't care about anything

The school lacks the respect for students that is taught in the weekly 'college' classes. Personal safety and learning is not a priority to some of the staff. Some teachers have a severe lack of control in the classroom and allow bullying to take place (even when they are present in the classroom). Consequences for behavior when a substitute teacher is in charge are not followed. The language students are allowed to use is appalling. I believe in the public school system and I am very disappointed in what is allowed to take place in this school on a daily basis. - Disgruntled & Frustrated Parent

I am impressed with the school and the teachers. They take an interest in the students and communicate with the parent(s)/guardian(s). Wish there was more money for the schools so more activities were available.

My child attended this school for a year now and I am very dissapointed in what my child has learned. This school is a very poor example of what the Highline School District could be. I would like to warn parents that if they have a choice, Pacific Middle School is not a good one. They atmosphere of my child's school is not at all what I had expected based on the parent reviews posted on several online reports. I am disgusted with the staff's performance and the atmosphere my child has grown accustomed to. -Angry Parent

i feel the academic programs are top notch. easy to understand. after school activities are aboundant. however the parental involvement could stand a few more bodies.

Though the level of parent involvement is low, the teachers and staff at Pacific all share the ambitious goal to educate our students to the best of their ability.

This school is a priviledge to let your child attend. The teachers are great and the students are helpful. This school may have its problems like any other but it definately has great potential of education if the child is willing.

Great education. Using the Microsoft method, and it seems very oriented to the individual.
