La Escuelita Billingual Reviews

I had my daughter at this school from 2 years until she entered Kindergarten in the fall of 2008. I will always be grateful to the loving well educated staff for giving my daughter a wonderful early learning experience. I always felt like a respected partner in my childs learning experience. I love the lessons that my daughter learned while there, her exposure to many cultures, through art, music, dance and language. By four my daughter was reciting poems by Langston Hughes, dancing traditional Bomba, and telling me all about Frida Khalos self-portriats, all in addition to learning her alphabet, numbers and colors in both English and Spanish. I am so impressed with this school that I now have my infant son on the waiting list. My only regret is that this school is not a birth to grade 8 school. So far my daughters elementery experience pales in comparison.

La Escuelita is terrific. My son has learned so much not just the Spanish language but respect and empathy for others. The school is not only bilingual but multi-cultural. The teachers are just great, so caring and nurturing. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants their children to be well rounded and prepared for elementary school.

La Escuelita is an extremely well-run, bilingual (Spanish/English) preschool. The teachers are educated and committed. The children hear Spanish spoken regularly. My children were very well-prepared for their elementary school experience. I highly recommend this preschool.
