Sacred Heart School Reviews

Great school continually updating curriculum to meet student needs. Best technology use integrated into all lessons. Activboards, laptops, cameras. smaller class size for more individual student assistance. Outstanding social justice programs for K-8 students help create a 'love your neighbor' caring environment to learn and grow. The teachers help make a difference and let students know that they are special.

This school is great my kids loved it! I had 3 kids at the school they have all loved the teachers and the cyo program.

This school should get a 6 star rating. They have gone above and beyond what any schools public or private offered to my daughter who has struggled with begging pushed though the system. No one gets lost here!

The principle isn't very loved, she is very strict and does a lot of thing that bother parents (from edu-parish). For example, we're making 'angel packs' backpacks with useful things in them for the people at hurricane Katrina. It's a nice idea, but she required every student bring a 'angel pack'. So the parents with four kids had to go out buy 4 backpacks and useful things for them. The teachers are very involved and help the children a lot if they are having trouble. They also make sure everyone gets what they are learning. And the curriculumn is a year ahead. There aren't many good extracurricular activities other than cyo sports. But many kids do the sports and it does teach kids a lot.
