My children are shy and would be lost in a big school, by choosing SLHS my children were given the opportunity to excel in sports, academics and were given a chance to grow in their faith. One of my daughters has gradutated and is attending college but still feels such a strong bond with her school, like family to her, she is currently helping out with volleyball, my son is a senior and he has always felt loved and accepted there. He never would of played sports if he had attended a large school but feels accepted enough her to feel the freedom to take the risk to fail or excel, because he has a loving caring staff that will support and encourage him. The staff is the best you will find, they are dedicated and caring, they actually care that students achieve and they set high standards because they know if given the chance students can and will strive to do their best.”
