Lazy workers & rude employees I called their office to ask if they would please tell their employees who maintain my neighbors landscaping to stop blowing all the leaves & debris into my yard as they have been doing every week for the past few years. I just thought I'd finally ask them to stop. The man on the phone said he was too busy to talk to me & I should just call back to leave my address & they will stop. I asked him why they don't just do this for every house they go to? He treated me like I was irritating him, said he had another call to deal with, curtly said "just call back & leave your address” & hung up the phone on me! I assume I will be spending many more years cleaning up the debris from my neighbors yard so that the guys who work for Magnolia LGS don't have to work so hard & get paid anyway for doing mediocre work that I & so many others have to pick up the slack for. Why would you hire a mediocre company who has rude customer service? I won’t.
