Driving home on a Thursday evening, the engine light on my wife's Passat went on (second time in the 1 1/2 years we've owned it). The first time we encountered this problem, it was towed to Campbell-Nelson and they had it diagnosed and fixed and ready to drive home, all in the same day. So this time, I called VW Roadside Assistance to come get it and they told us they'd take it to the nearest dealership to be looked at which happened to be Pignataro. Our car was towed early Friday morning and we called ahead to let them know it was coming. I was told that they'd take a look at it, and at the very least, call us and let us know what the problem was. Toward the end of the day I still hadn't heard from them so gave them a call. They acted like it was no big deal that they hadn't looked at it yet. I was polite and asked them again, "When will you be looking at it?" They replied that they were closed on Sunday but had a skeleton crew working Saturday and that even though it wasn't normally done, he'd go ahead and have someone look at it for us on Saturday - like he was doing us a favor. So Saturday morning my wife called them just to make sure they were true to their word since they lied to us on Friday. She received the same response - they would look at it today (Saturday) and call us and let us know what is wrong. We are normally a two car family and can manage with only one - but my wife is 8 months pregnant and with all the DR appointments and everything, a second car really helps us out. It is now Monday morning and I am curious to see what the Pignataro service crew has up their sleeves today....

Pros: They don't return phone calls which ultimately saves resources

Cons: Slow Service Department / Poor Communication

daughter and son-in-law just traded in for a new jetta. that old saying "white man speaks with forked tongue" definitely applies to this dealership. please make note that pignataro starts with the 3 letters...pig-and we all know that pigs have a reputation for gluttony. would have been more straight up in the sales manager would have worn a mask-then there is now question you are being robbed! avoid this dealership like the plague!!!

worst thing I ever did!!!!!!

Service was good on Erik's part, but short of that it was terrible the wheel of my new car almost fell off, not to mention the warranty work that they sent to have done was not....and no one checked when it came back, so I was out for a week getting the stuff fixed that should have been done, oh yea the loner they gave me got broken into and I had to pay $250 to fix it. Never will I set foot in that place let alone send someone there....Run....Fast....seriously.

Pros: free water

Cons: everthing but the water

Dishonest, say anything to make a sale, still using old sales tactics to force you to buy, sleazy, slick, over bearing sales staff! Putting $2000 above sticker as NW Adjustment - this is just a way to get more money out of you. Just go to Carter VW they told me without even asking they make $1300 at the sticker price which I respected the honesty - that amount is fair given the overhead and the man's commission. No Haggle - No hasstle!

Never Again!

I bought a used VW Jetta. Definitely your typical car salespeople -- high pressure, willing to say anything to sell you a car. At one point, the salesman said that they wouldn't sell me an extended warranty, but if the car had any problems in the next week or two I could just bring it in. The car had two problems within a week. The first was a small bulb that they gave me a huge hassle about, but finally fixed. The second was a larger problem. At this point, the salespeople wouldn't even talk to me. I had to go through their service dept. Was quoted $175 and the price magically increased to $225 because of "gaskets." NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: VW Cars :)

Cons: Dishonest, Poor customer service
