Yesterday I bought my first car in 14 years. I am a new widow and was pretty scared about the whole experience of buying a new car on my own. I used a Car Buying service and Klein Honda came up with the lowest price. It's about 50 miles from where I live, but I felt the price was so good that I would give them a visit. I couldn't have been more pleased! I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. I was introduced to several of the guys who work there and everyone was friendly, courteous and ready to help me. They made a "scary" day for me a Wonderful one and I will always be thankful for that. They walked me through every detail of the car I wanted, showed me how everything worked, extra features, safety features, etc. We went for a drive and I loved it! I chose the CR-V 4 W/D with leather interior. There isn't anything about the car that I don't like. It's perfect for running around and I feel very safe with how it handles. I gave it the supreme test when I drove home last night in the wild wind and crazy rain. The car responded beautifully. I felt confident driving alone and reliability was my main concern when choosing a car. The Honda CR-V was rated Tops in Consumer Reports. I have received four phone calls today from the various guys at the dealership and I appreciate their concern and offers of any help in the future. As a single gal, that is important. I stopped into Klein Honda the other day for an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, but I was hoping they would still be able to get me in and they did. Even without an appointment, they were still able to squeeze me in and finish the oil change in under an hour. It was such a relief to have them work with me. And after the oil change Tim went over everything they did in the oil change and inspection and answered all the questions I had. Overall Klein Honda's service department was great!

My car was making a strange noise when starting up. After trying other local honda dealerships with no luck, Klein was able tell me exactly what was wrong with my car and had me back on the road in no time. THe shuttle service was just delightful and the staff was awesome!!!!! GO TO KLEIN, you wont regret it.

Went for a roadtrip last week and about 2 hours from home my engine light came on and my car began to lose power. I located the nearest Honda dealer which happened to be Klein Honda and called ahead to see if they could squeeze me in for quick fix. About 2 hours later I was back on the road and my Honda was again running like a champ. It ended up just being a sensor that had gone bad. Everybody was very friendly and understood that I really needed the car fixed to continue on with my roadtrip. Its almost worth the drive for the exceptional service. Thanks guys..
