Shotty Work and Awful Service

I own a limo company. I have been getting my cars serviced at Lincoln dealerships in the King-Sno area. With rising gas prices and the cars that they don't sell those dealers went out of business. So I went to Horizon Ford and dealt with Dale. I made an appointment on a Wed. for a Thurs. slot. I brought the car there right as the shop opened. I had a cooling/heating fan inoperable for the drivers cab so no AC. I told Dale that I need my car at 3:00pm for the evening shift. I get no phone call all day. I call Dale at 2:30 and he says he doesnt know what's wrong with it that it could be one or two things and he needs to order a part that is not in the city. He wants to charge me a 120$ diagnostic fee even though they don't know exactly what is wrong. The feeling that I got is that they didn't even look at it until 2:00. When I walked in the door Dale told me not only was he going to charge me the 120$ but I was also going to have to pay for the part weather it works or not. After a long discussion I got him to wave the 120$ and just charge me for the part. I bring it in on Saturday at 8:00 he told me it would be done at 11:00-12:00 it was done at 2:30, what ever I just wanted my car fixed. 400 dollars in labor for a sixty dollar part and a load of bad service. I told Dale of my dire situation and if he couldn't get the job done he should have told me. 4 hours after I left the shop my limo starts overheating. There is a coolant hose which has popped off and possibly other problems; it's at another shop so we'll see what all the damage is. Basically, I hire them to fix my AC, my car breaks that night, I lose a ton of business and miss a day of service and a limo load of money. The Tow truck driver that I used this morning told me that they did the same kind of stuff to him and they ripped off a bunch of lights from his tow truck. These guys are careless inefficient jerks that don't give a damn what happens to your car or your business. Never go to these guys!

Pros: A large facility, work on all kinds of commercial vehicles

Cons: Unresponsive, shotty work, not trustworthy, all around shady, break stuff

Best Car Dealership in Seattle!!

From an oil change to a new truck, Horizon Ford does what a dealership should...they take care of their customers!! I went to 5 Ford Dealerships in the Seattle area (Harris Ford, Sound Ford, Ford of Kirkland, Bill Pierre Ford, Bickford, and Horizon) and found the service here to be the best in the business. We wanted a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer and they found the 2006 Ford Explorer Limited that was just what we wanted. Talk about inventory!! They have more clean cars and trucks than ANY OTHER dealership in Washington!! A++++ Service!!

Horrible Service

Horizon Ford is one of the worst dealer ships I've ever dealt with. They are willing to help you in any way until after you buy the car. I tried for a month to get a couple simple questions answered. The sales lady that sold me the car became very hostil toward me after the third phone call and six message i left her. Which I would like to add I had no response on. She kept telling she would call me back and never did. I will never work with them again.
