That is what my truck said after being here. She was very pleased to be serviced here. She was clean and felt new to me after she returned from this place. It was a nice to a change of oil from someone different. They do a awesome job when you need a little tune-up for your favorite car. PROS: My car was happy CONS: It was sorta smelly

I had an old datsun b210 and it wouldn't start so i had my service tow the car to the closest shop which was here. They charged me 60 bucks to do a diagnosic and it took them a few hours which was outragous. Finally they said i needed a tune up that would cost about 200 bucks so after questioning them it turned out that my spark plug cables were bad. I went down to shucks and bought new ones for under 20 dollars. Hooked them up in their parking lot and drove away after a few choice words were said in their direction. PROS: scam CONS: scammers

You would think when you purchased a Mercedes you would get premium service even if you didn't buy it at the local dealership. Not so, while they'll service your car (especially if it's under warranty), they'll do it begrudgingly, reminding you the entire time that you didn't buy from them. Avoid Mercedes, there are other luxury cars out there without the constant need for repair, and especially avoid Phil Smart and their snobbish attitude. PROS: Free shuttle when your car is in service CONS: Attitude, price
