John is a gem...Discover him at Habitude!
Reviewed by gatesa on 2010-02-11T09:17:35Z

John has been coloring and cutting my hair for several years now, with spectacular results-that's why I keep coming back all the way from the east coast. John is experienced, creative and professional. He listens to my ideas, offers his honest opinions, and then helps me achieve my hair style goals. John's color results are dazzling, natural and healthy looking. His meticulous cuts flatter my face shape, and are so easy to maintain I have that just-seen-John look between visits. And I get to see him at Habitude, in such a warm and welcoming environment. My Habitude experience is always tremendous. John is a gem. Discover him, just not when I need him on my west coast visits!

Pros: He listens! An attentive, creative, spectacular stylist.

Cons: None

great pedicure in a relaxing environment

This was my first visit to the spa, and I had an Essential Pedicure with Dawn. She did a great job and my feet and lower legs feel very pampered and well-taken-care-of! I was early for my appointment, but it was no problem for them to set up and take care of me right away. I was the only person in the nail area, so it was very quiet and relaxing, with a hot cup of tea in my hands. Dawn paid great attention to my feet and toenails and gave me a wonderful massage, which felt so nice, especially since i work retail and am hard on my legs and feet. She did a perfect polish job and at the end of my pedicure, gave me a tour of the spa area as well, which includes lockers and showers and a sauna. The pedicure was not the cheapest, but they clean and sterilize all their tools between each client, and I'd rather spend a little more and make sure I have sterilized equipment being used on me, so it was worth it. When it came time to check out, everyone was very friendly and attentive and didn't try to hard-sell me on products or anything like that. I would definitely consider returning to the spa, this time with a friend in tow!

Pros: clean, sterilized equipment, great pedicure

Cons: crowded parking, on the pricier side

John Simmons is Amazing!!

John is truly an artist! I've been going to John for several years, and ALWAYS get a great cut. My friends all comment on my hair. If I want a change, he listens, offers suggestions, and gives me just what I want or even better! I recently learned that he trained extensively in London and Paris - no wonder my hair cuts are fabulous! He puts so much energy into cutting hair. The added bonus is that he's a great guy to talk to!! Do yourself a favor and go to John!

Pros: He will give you the best hair cut you have ever had!

Cons: No cons at all
