Tips
- Know Before You Go
For adult gift-giving, there's a lot to choose from: a beautifully crafted, maple chessboard with animal kingdom chessmen, the classic bowling game of Boules, playing cards from Europe and Japan and bright blue or orange Flash Gordon Rocket Lamps.

I have shoped at this store once before, it was a pretty quick in and out thing but the clerks still seemed distant, board and annoyed. I didn't think to much of it at the time because I hap more pressing issues. But when I took my sister there this weekend searching for a present for our kid brother, we were discusted and appaled by the treatment we recievced!! We were flipping through a book we were deciding on BUYING for literally 2 minuets when a clerk came up snached the book out of our hands told us "This isn't a library" and put the book back on the shelf. When we told him we didn't appreciate his attitude he told us "f you don't like my attitude then you can leave". When we went to complain about his behavor we were disrespected, condencended and womanized!! No one deserves the the treatment they give their customers.
Pros:
Cons: horrible customer service, high prices
owners treat their employees badly

i spent about an hour there and after i spent about 20 min there, they seemed to be getting crabby that i was still there. maybe because it was i brought my daughter. one of the gentle men clerks remarked to a co worker that they weren't a day care so people shouldnt bring their children. my daughter never left my side, so i dont know who they were "being a day care."just in the hour that i was there, i saw the owners yell at employees several times.
Pros: fun toys
Cons: overpriced, mean employees, they get mad when you bring kids
rude sales clerk, overpriced merchandise

My experience was similar to that of tbmr. The check-out person was apparently one of the owners, and he could hardly have been ruder. True, I was spending less than $5.00, but that was because of the high prices of their toys. I had meant to buy several things for my grandkids, but changed my mind. When I was checking out, the person ahead of me asked an innocuous question about a toy, and the clerk snarled at him. When it was my turn to pay, the clerk was again impatient. I bought a small toy, but I won't ever go back.
